- Passport with a
minimum validity of at least 6 months from the date of
travel along with the photocopy of the 1,2 and last
page of the passport.
- 2 Visa application
form duly filled in (Back to back) and signed only
with Blue Ink.
- 2 Recent passport
size (4x5cms) colour photographs with light
background.
- Covering letter from
the applicant.
- Police Clearance
Letter issued by the Police Department in the area
where applicant has resided for last 12 months.
- Once the contract
has been authorized. The Embassy will be notified and
the visa can then be issued through the presentation
of the above mention documents.
