The Applicants Employer in
France has to make an Application at the Office Des
Migrations Internationales (Omi - Office of Population
Migration) for an Employment Contract. This organization
is represented in each French Department. It will
examine the Application and get in Touch Directly with
the French Consulate under which the Applicant come. The
consulate in turn will summon the Applicant for issueing
the Visa.
1) Valid passport with validity of more than six months.
2) 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed
(photocopy can be used).
3) Two recent passport size colour photographs, 3.5 x
4.5 CM (80% of the face should be visible without border
and taken against a light background with matt or semi
matt finish.
4) Covering letter from the applicant on companies
letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and
duration of visit.
5) Original Employment Contract to be arranged by the
counterpart French Company.
6) Foreign exchange duly endorsed / copy of credit card.
7) Confirmed One Way air ticket.
8) Brief Company Profile.
8) IT papers for the last three years.
9) Bank statement for the last 3 months.
10) Stay Confirmation. |
