• 1 Form along with declaration format to be filled and signed the passenger in his own handwriting (if pax is child then the form and Declaration to be signed by Father, mother with thumb impression of Child, even if father is in Germany)
• 2 Photos with white background
• Covering letter - One from the Company in which pax is working and another from the pax in detail mentioning as to why he wants to travel Germany
• Return Ticket
• Duly signed Invitation (faxed or scanned) from Germany to the embassy in Delhi, directly with 1 copy to us with documents
• Hotel Confirmation
• Family details of spouse/children including DOB to be completely filled BY PAX it should contain the name ,maiden name, date and place of birth of spouse and if any kids then kids name and DOB between column 37 to 42
• In cases where husband and wife are applying together, if the name of spouse is not endorsed in the passport, copy of marriage certificate must be provided
• Original passport along with the photocopy of each used page including 1st, 2nd and last page.

• Bank statement of the applicant with bank address, telephone numbers and bank seal - last 6 months (original if PAX travelling for the first time)
• Family details of spouse/children including DOB to be completely filled BY PAX between column 37 to 42

• Ration card copy (translated in English) OR Voter ID card of pax

NOTE: Please note, in case of minor travelling alone OR along with the parents, father along with minor is required to come to the embassy after taking prior appointment from VFS, father to duly fill and sign the DECLARATION.

Documents

• Passport with validity of at least 3 months longer than the period of intended stay.
• Visa application must be made on the latest form, to be provided free of cost by the German Embassy. All columns in the application form have to be filled in. Please enter NA in the space provided if particular column/s is/are not applicable in your case.
• Two yellow forms, for a visit up to 3 months or two white forms, for a visit for more than 3 months.
• 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form. Photograph should not have any stapler pin marks disfiguring the face or background
• Covering letter from the applicant on companies letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Original Appointment letter or Work Contract from the proposed German Employer along with a Photocopy.
• Proof of Educational and Professional Qualifications, in original and a Photocopy each.

Medical Requirements

Overseas Medical Insurance must have a minimum coverage of Euro 30,000/- with the inclusion of a repatriation flight if required.
