• Visa application form duly filled in and signed, in original.
• 4 recent passport size colour photographs.
• Covering letter stating the applicant s name, designation, purpose and duration of stay.
• Original work permit copy to be arranged by the counterpart Libyan company.
• Confirmed air ticket
• Arabic translation of the first page of the passport to be attested through MEA - Must while travelling.

Medical Requirements

Yellow fever Vaccination Certificate (required) for visa Application, AIDS Certificate and General fitness Certificate to be provided from The Sanghi Medical Centre.
