the applicant on company's letter head stating his
name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.

signed by both the Parties.
- Receipt of "Inspeccao
- Geral de Trabalho" alongwith a letter from "Instituto
de Emprego e Formacao Profissional" with the ROT NO.
