• Invitation from Saudia attested by Saudia Chamber of Commerce is must

• Copy of company registration certificate of Saudia company to be sent alongwith the documents

• The covering letter and chamber letter should mention the exact activity of Indian company.

• Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce

• Highest Educational degree/certificate of the passengers is must. also only authorised agents can submit saudia (we RE authorised agents) pax cannot submit personally

Note : For software professionals and technical people, the embassy requires visa slip from Saudia Foreign Ministry.
