• 2 Photos (Passport Size, coloured photo upto shoulder level with white background taken within 6 months. First Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted.)
• Covering letter
• Invitation
• Company Registration Copy/Import Export License Copy/Industrial license copy/Letter from Chamber of Commerce.
• Personal Bank Statement of last 3 months (for blank ppt holder)
• IT Return of last 3 years (IT challan of last 3 years /Form 16 and TDS certificate)- for blank ppt holder
• (Note: If pax not having TDS certificate then, his 6 months salary slip along with photo copy of appointment letter)
• Company Bank Statement of last 3 months and IT Return of last 3 years (for blank ppt holders only)
• Foreign Exchange endorsement / Credit card copy.

Fees

Rs. 2100/- for Single entry ( 2nd Day collection)
Rs. 4200/- for Multiple Entry. ( 2nd Day collection) by draft in favour of TAIPEI ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL CENTRE, New Delhi.
In case of urgent (Same day) visas additional DD of Rs 1050/- favouring Embassy.

• For business as well as tourist, if invitee is an Indian Passport Holder, then following documents are required.
  - Invitee s passport copy (First page, address page and family detail page)
  - Alien card copy of the sponsor.

• The above requirements are mandatory, irrespective of number of times the PAX has travelled to Taiwan.

If old passport number endorsed on the new passport then pax to send his old ppt also.
