• Day to day tour itinerary is mandatory hotel conformation with the name of hotel address and telephone no of hotel n pax chk in and chk out dates latest personal bank statement till date

Note :

• If applicant is employed then, Evidence of financial status which includes letter from employer (NOC certificate), pay slips, original Income Tax Returns for last 3 years, original bank books/statements for last 6 months.
• If applicant is self employed then, company documentation such as registration of company, partnership deed, tax registration and certificates.
• Applicants above 60 yrs of age or the applicants desiring to apply the Visa for more than six months will have to provide Overseas Medical Insurance.
• Evidence of accommodation in Switzerland along with complete hotel address and contact details, e.g. Hotel confirmation, receipt of paid package tour, booking for entire stay.
• if passenger are accompanied by kids then student identity card of kid is required
• Medical Insurance if Passenger is about 60 years.

NOTE : next day collection - 20% extra of the normal fee

• 1 Visa Application form.
• 1 Recent passport size photographs.
• Covering letter from the Applicant on Company letterhead stating his name, Designation, Purpose and duration of Stay.
• Work Permit to be arranged by the counterpart Vietnamese Company through the "Ministry of Immigration" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.
• Proof of Educational
• Professional certificates.
